The information contained on this Site is an "invitation to offer". Your order for purchase of goods constitutes your "offer" which is subject to the conditions listed below. On receipt of your "offer" NetforNepal.com on the Net will have the discretion to accept or reject your "offer". Once your "offer" is accepted, the acceptance will constitute a binding contract between yourself and NetforNepal.com on the Net.

The terms and conditions deemed to have been accepted by you when communicating your "offer" are as follows:

All prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.
With credit card as the mode of payment, your name as purchaser is the same as the name appearing on your Credit Card with which you are making payment for the purchases.
NetforNepal.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. Though very unlikely, NetforNepal.com also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is incorrectly priced on the Website. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and whether the payment has been levied via credit card. In the event that the payment has been levied, refunds will be credited within 72 hours to the original credit card account number used for the purchase.
Any request for cancellation of order 24 hours after payment shall not be entertained.
Goods are delivered within 48 hours (in the Kathmandu valley), unless specified otherwise. The normal delivery time is between 10:00AM and 05:00PM Nepali Standard Time (NST). During special occasions, delivery time may be extended until 10:00PM NST. If the delivery date is a national holiday, the delivery may take place a day after the requested date. NetforNepal.com shall not be liable for any delay in delivery that may be caused by flood, fire, riots, strike or any cause that is beyond the control of NetforNepal.com.
The delivery address should be correct and proper in all respects. Delivery will be presumed to have been made if any person at the specified address accepts the item on behalf of the recipient. Non-acceptance of the gift by the recipient, other than for reasons of damage, will not be entertained.
The products delivered to the recipient will be generally as per the description of the article and as per the picture chosen by the customer. There may be variations in appearance and colors, especially in perishable goods like flowers, cakes and chocolates, sweets, etc.
NetforNepal.com will not be liable for any product 24 hours after it has been delivered and accepted by the recipient. The delivery slip indicating acceptance will be proof of acceptance of the products as ordered by the customer. For products with warranty, NetforNepal.com will honor such as per the respective companies' terms and conditions.
After delivery, NetforNepal.com will e-mail the customer a confirmation of delivery. It will contain information regarding date, name of the recipient, etc.
All products and companies referred to in www.NetforNepal.com are trademarks, service marks or registered trademarks of their respective companies or mark holders.
NetforNepal.com will not be responsible for the accuracy of the description used to identify the products offered on its Website.
