How do I shop at NetforNepal.com?

Step 1:

If you are a first-time shopper, you will need to register with us by creating an account and filling in personal and delivery information in the fields provided. If you already have an account with us, you will need to log in using your log in name and password.

 

Step 2:

After selecting the item of your choice, click on its image or on the "Buy Now" link. This will take you to a page with a larger image of the item as well as more details about it. After filling the required quantity in the "Qty" box below the larger image, click on the "Add to Cart" button. The item is then added to your shopping cart. You can go on adding other items to the shopping cart by clicking on the "Add More" button. You can also change the quantity of the items in the cart or messages on the cakes by clicking on the product name in the cart. To remove the item from the cart, click on "Delete" button.

Step 3:

After adding all the items you wish to purchase, click on the "Check Out" button.

 

Step 4:

By default, user information will appear as the billing address. To change or add a new delivery address, click on "Add Delivery Address" button. Then select the preferred delivery address and click on the "Continue" button.

 

If the preferred delivery address is not listed in your address book, click on the "Add Delivery Address" button, fill in the details, and click on the "Submit" button. The newly entered address will then appear in the address book. Select the desired delivery address and click on the "Continue" button.

 

Step 5:

Select the desired delivery date and write your gift note (or special instructions to us, if any). Click on the "Next Step" button.

 

Step 6:

Your purchase details along with the delivery information, date and the gift note or special instructions, if any, will appear for your final review. If everything is correct, click the "Next Step" button.

 

Step 7:

For orders placed from abroad:

You will automatically be forwarded to our secured site for payment. If the payment page does not load automatically, click the "Click Here For Payment" button. There, you will be asked to fill in the credit card details. Then click the "Submit Transaction" button.

 

Your payment will be processed only if all the entered information matches those on your credit card, like the credit card number, street address, zip code, etc. Once the payment process is completed successfully, you will receive an e-mail receipt from PayPal. You will also receive an e-mail from us with your purchase details. 

 

NOTE: All of our international transactions are processed within the secure server provided by PayPal, a US based company that handles all our credit card transactions. PayPal utilizes industry-standard secure encryption technology to assure privacy and security of the credit card information of all our on-line customers.

For orders placed from within Nepal:

You will receive an e-mail from us with your purchase details, which you will be asked to reconfirm via e-mail or telephone. 

What is the minimum order requirement?

For orders placed from abroad:

The minimum order requirement is US$ 19.99.

 

For orders placed from within Nepal:

The minimum order requirement is NRs. 2000.00

What is a shopping cart?

The shopping cart is a virtual cart that displays the number of items you have chosen to purchase, along with the total purchase amount.

How do I update an order?

You can make the following changes to your current order in the shopping cart:

 

(i) Add/deduct the quantity or change message on the cake - To add or deduct the quantity of a particular item, or change the message on the cake, click on the item's name in the cart.

 

(ii) Delete an item - To delete an item from the shopping cart, click on the "Delete" button.

How can I track my order status?

To track the status of your pending orders, sign into your account and then click on "My Account". Then click on the "History" button to view the status of your order. You can also review the history of all your past purchases here.

How do I cancel my order?

Please note that cancellations have to be made within 24 hours after placing an order. For canceling your order, you will need to communicate with us through e-mail at info@NetforNepal.com and provide us the reference of your order number. Please note that perishable items are non-refundable. It is advisable that you make a note of the order number as a reference for any further communication with us.

How do I return an item?

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility of manufacturing defect, damage caused during transit of the item, as well as the wrong item being delivered to you.

 In such cases, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that your request for replacement of the item is made within the stipulated timeframe. All refunds will be for the paid price, less delivery charges. Your refund will be processed when the item(s) being returned have been received. In order for you to receive full credit, the items(s) must be unused, undamaged, in their original packing and returned within 24 hours of receipt. In case of credit card purchases, refunds will be credited to the original credit card account number used for the purchase.

Please note that this is not valid for perishable items. Items that are procured from third party vendors carry a 10% restocking fee.

How do I create an account?

Creating an account with us enables us to personalize all your transactions. However, you do not need to create an account or register with us for browsing. Once you confirm the order during your first purchase, you will be prompted to register and provide us with your personal information.

If you are already registered with NetforNepal.com, click on the "Sign in" link and then enter your "username" and "password".

How do I change my personal information?

You can change your personal information, like e-mail ID, mailing address, etc., as per your convenience. To make the changes, sign into your account and select "My Account" and then click on the "Edit Account" button. Once the changes have been made, click on the "Submit" button.

How do I manage my delivery address?

The address to which you have sent gifts earlier is stored in your address book by default. This may come in handy for your future reference and usage. To manage the delivery address, sign into your account, click on "My Account" and then click on "Address Book". Make the necessary modifications by clicking on the recipient's name. Once you have updated the delivery address, click on the "Update" button.

What are the delivery charges?

For orders placed from abroad:

 

Delivery charges within the Kathmandu Valley are as follows:

Kathmandu: US$ 4.99

Lalitpur: US$ 4.99

Bhaktapur: US$ 7.99

Kirtipur: US$ 7.99

For delivery outside the Kathmandu Valley or Nepal, charges are based on the weight of the product as well as the destination of delivery.

How do I pay?

We accept all major international credit cards, like Visa, Master, American Express and Discover. For the orders placed from abroad, the authorization is conducted via a secured online payment gateway, provided by PayPal, a US based company. One does not require to have a PayPal account to make the payment.

 

For Local Purchases, payment options available are:
